This privacy policy describes how Night Mode Camera XM1 ("the App"), developed by Travel Lens, handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not have user accounts, registration, or any backend services that receive your data. All photos and videos you capture remain on your device.
Device Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions:
- Camera — Required to capture photos and record videos with the App's night-vision and tone filters. All image and video processing happens on-device.
- Microphone — Used solely to record audio while you are recording video. Audio is saved into the resulting video file on your device and is never transmitted off the device by the App.
- Internet & Network State — Used only to load advertisements served through Google AdMob and to process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
Photos and Videos
All photos and videos you capture are stored in app-private storage on your device. They are not uploaded, shared, or accessible to other apps unless you explicitly choose to share or save them to your device gallery using the in-app options.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect certain data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — Serves banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), ad interaction data, and approximate location inferred from your IP address to serve relevant ads. Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app product do not see ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data shared with third parties is the device identifier and ad interaction data automatically collected by Google AdMob for advertising purposes, as outlined in their privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Exclusions and Limitations
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Lens:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to the App and its contents or which may be provided by any third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions; and
- Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your device, software, systems and data, or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
