This privacy policy describes how Binoculars V14 IMAGE PROCESSING ZOOM ("the App"), developed by Travel Lens, handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Travel Lens may update this policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically. This policy is effective from 1st January, 2021, and was last updated on February 10, 2026.
Information We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not have user accounts, registration, or any backend services that receive your data.
Device Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions, all of which are used locally on your device:
- Camera — Required to capture photos and videos through the viewfinder. Images are processed on-device only.
- Microphone — Used solely to record audio during video capture.
- Location — Used on-device only to calculate sun and moon positions for the astronomical overlay feature. Your location is never sent to any server.
Photos and Videos
All photos and videos you capture are stored in app-private storage on your device. They are not uploaded, shared, or accessible to other apps unless you explicitly choose to share or save them to your device gallery using the in-app options.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect certain data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — Serves advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and usage data to provide personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Google Privacy Policy

- Firebase Crashlytics — Collects anonymous crash logs and diagnostic data (such as device model, OS version, and app state at the time of a crash) to help us improve app stability. No personally identifiable information is collected. Firebase Privacy Policy
- Google Play Billing — Handles in-app purchases (Pro upgrade). Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data shared with third parties is through the advertising and analytics SDKs described above, which collect device identifiers and crash diagnostics as outlined in their respective privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Exclusions and Limitations
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Lens:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to the App and its contents or which may be provided by any third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions; and
- Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your device, software, systems and data, or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
